Issue Description 1) Owner came to us. The Vehicle was not working. Battery was completely drained. Could not be revived.
2) The owner has not responded and is not coming to pick the vehicle. Vehicle is lying with us for more than 6 months. He was a Walk - in customer. We have been trying to get in touch with him constantly.
How did the Service Provider try to troubleshoot the issue? We suggested a change / battery replacement from Lead-Acid to Lithium ion. Gave him a quote for 48V - 24 AMP. Rs.20,000 for Battery pack replacement, and Rs.5000 for our services.
Solution The batteries have been replaced, vehicle serviced. The vehicle is in working condition now. But 80mm brake is not available. Can be imported but expense to be paid by the customer who is not responding. We are trying to source it locally as well.
The owner has not responded and is not coming to pick the vehicle. We can keep using the vehicle and keeping it alive, but if we get a clear idea, then we will know if to sell off the vehicle or not.
